Purpose: the designs focused on getting hivers apply for jobs through ai interviews from hive ai.. Hive ai collects data from employrs and repeat them to the hivers for fill-up through a voicemail.. the response is given to the employers with few simple analytics and metrics..
Focus: MVP web designs and mobile app designs
Challenges: ai bias and concept problem. we had to balance the algorithm through the design in order to benefit both the employrs and the hivers...we gave hivers the maximum opportunity to express themselves and allow employers to also get the responses they need from the hivers without letting the ai interfere and take total control to create bias...
